My guess is that he is highly rated (2000+?) and started playing 400 players and has worked himself up to 1600. Still beating them because he is so much better.
Mineriks knows what it's like to lose. His defeats are OTB instead of online.
The other option is that he is a chess genius who will never lose a game.
