I’ve started eating tons of blueberries and spoonfuls of omega 3 liquid to improve my cognition. I’ve also started taking a supplement called pqq with Co-q10 in it. There are some studies suggesting it helps stave off cognitive decline. Has anyone attempted to raise their rating with diet? So far my rating has actually gone down, but I haven’t been sleeping well (there are studies showing cherry juice has naturally occurring melatonin so I might try that).
