Has anyone noticed that chess is basically potatoes?

Everyone knows that potatoes are similar to all sports, but has anyone noticed the uncanny similarities potatoes have with chess?

Both have much lumpy. Both have browns, greys, colors of the spectrum. Both smell funny when you boil them. Both get weird and awkward when you tickle them. Both are touched by smart people. Both make you happy but also pretentious. Both make you more ethnic. Both make sounds like overaged orphans laughing from a tickle fight.
