Some cheaters have gotten 4000 and 5000. Hikaru has human site record at 3500 bullet.
Proof? Of 4000 an 5000 ratings ?

Not sure why I'd make it up. Like I said, they're cheaters so they get removed from the leaderboard. But as you can see, this guy was 5056 peak rapid and 4114 when banned.
@WeLoveTrump3, @Im_not_a_cheter are prime examples of cheaters over 4000 and 5000. Hikaru has the highest who is not a cheater

Well, I'm not going to go into specific methods etc., as that's against TOS in the general forums, but consider it that it is not you who is playing the game
I believe ChessNetwork hit 4000 on here but I think that was a long time ago.
