Not sure why I'd make it up. Like I said, they're cheaters so they get removed from the leaderboard. But as you can see, this guy was 5056 peak rapid and 4114 when banned.
Amongst his games, there was one game in which the accuracies of both White and Black were 100%!
And some of the time controls of 11 min per side is unusual.

chessnetwork, i think abused the old thing were defeating someone always gained points
perfect example for why thats a horrible idea
anyway the 11 min could be because of multi accounting and open challenges coz noone else uses such a time control
and the only reason puzzle top players are stuck at 65000 ish is because of a limit in chess.com ratings (65536 is a power of 2, i think most people can understand this)
but by actual play?
i mean, for a 4000 we would need 3900s for them to beat to get to 4000 and then 3800s... so the whole rating has to inflate

The rating will ever so slowly inflate as new players come into the game.
No one has an elo rating over 3000 in standard. Magnus is close to that. Stockfish is 4000 elo
Sandbagging is to intentionally lose to certain players (the account to inflate) so your rating is lower than it should be. Then you win lower rated players. Repeat to feed the account that you want to inflate. Beating weak players by treating them as sandbags is bad sportsmanship.
My maximum was 3650 elo with stockfish

Cómo se nota que apenas tienen 50 - 100 Elo obviamente no ha habido nadie ni hay nadie que haiga llegado a 4000 Elo si hablamos de bala nadie ha llegado a 3600 Elo en bala por lo que yo se el récord lo tiene hikaru Nakamura con 3570 pero ese Elo le duró muy poco por dos razones 1⁰ en ese cuando siquiera llegas a 2000 Elo en bala es probable que te toquen maestro fide o candidatos a maestro fide que ya es un nivel muy alto gente que tiene una altísima experiencia de juego y esos maestros fides que te pueden tocar pueden tener + 2100 - 2300 ?? Son
