After seeing 8 draws in rows in world championship it really bugged me has chess become all about memorization and 0% creativity, I miss games like tal use to play in days like these, every time the commentator says the player has made a purely computer move, it physically cringes my body. If everything is memorization in chess i say even exam are more interesting than chess. I mean whats the point of even training a kid to becoming a world champion someday if the the top tier players have already memorized the moves from a computer i truely believe memorization of moves from a computer should illegalised ( which is impossible) to bring back the dominance in the game. What are your thoughts? do you think bobby was right about chess:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-S4BU_AYJEs.

Chess is supposed to be an analytical strategic battlefield. Creativity in chess is an illusion born out of mistakes. If Tal or Bobby Fisher were to play nowadays they would probably never get higher than 2700 unless they caught up with the time and updated their understanding of the game. Besides remember that a duel between the two top players with an average ELO above 2800 isn't supposed to be pretty. What you call creativity is just another exposed mistake if played by an engine.

Thats what i am trying to say nobody these days is thinking on their feet and using computers to make perfect play with no mistakes which makes chess boring

they are accually. of course the moment you enter the middle game, you are on your own, my last game I played on lichess, I entered a position that has never been reached before online !

so I was on my own, and creativity is an illusion in chess, chess is all about patterns and logic no creativity

Chess is fundamentally a children's game, toy soldiers. Children need something "static" to play with. The starting of a chess game is always the same.

Compare that to cards. The conditions change with every hand. Same with backgammon. That is more real life.

I have an idea to remedy the mono-tony of chess. Chess as a tri-athlon.

I would say it ruined chess that could only be figured out by humans.

Now people don't need to be smart to refute a move, they can just let a computer refute it.
