Has this happened to you?

Of course, that's completely normal. I'll give you a good example. When I was studying to become a court stenographer, I had to learn to write really fast and when I practiced too much that is, every single day, 8 hours a day, I had problems with my speed. In fact, my speed lessened because you need to take a break. I remember my instructors telling us to not over practice because when you do you are actually causing yourself to become tired and you're not giving your brain "a muscle" time to learn a new stroke or in your case new strategies. So take my advice. Give your brain a break and you will do very well in no time at all. God bless!

You are rated below 2000 in tactics...HOW is that "very accurate and sharp"???
That's an unnecessary insult to the OP who is a self-described beginner. He does 5 tactics a day and as he says, sometimes he's en fuego and gets all 5 right, other times he misses 4. He's perfectly entitled to consider himself "very accurate and sharp" at times without your gratuitous condescension.
One might point out that overall, his accuracy is 58% compared to your own which is 49%

Not just chess tactics, this sort of thing can happen for any skill.
The basics are food, sleep, and emotions. Also you want to be in an environment where you can concentrate.
But even if there are no problems with the above, some days are just off for whatever reason.

And you know, maybe you don't get much sleep because you have a lot going on tomorrow, and then you have your stressful day, so you even skip a meal. Then you get home, and eat a bit, start to relax, and tell yourself you're fine.
Yeah, usually you feel fine. The body can take a lot of punishment.
You may feel fine, but you're not at 100%. Sometimes you're very far from 100%.

"The basics are food, sleep, and emotions."
Why emotions?
For example, if you recently had a fight with a close friend, you're going to be upset, and that can cause loss of focus.
Or maybe your pet got hit by a car and died. You just need some time to process stuff like this before it's not affecting you anymore.

Hmm, it says 5 here in the Old World. So they notice the lag right now, but not at the moment he joined?

Seriously? Are you comparing a 1400 with ME? His blitz rating, for example, is BELOW 1200 (didn't even knew such a rating EVEN EXISTS).
HOW can you compare him with me? Are you parallel with chess also?
Indeed sir, I am. A number of valid comparisons can be easily made between you and the OP.
1) You are better at chess than he is. A lot better. This is not hard to understand as he is a beginner and you are not. Whether or not this entitles you to be as impressed with yourself as you clearly are is not for me to say.
2) OP seems like a decent person, whereas you do not. I've lost count of how many times you have declared that you did not know that ratings below (fill in number of the person you are insulting here) exist. You are either a slow learner or simply a miserable person.
3) I have no trouble understanding the OPs English, whereas I have no idea what you mean in asking if I am "parallel with chess also"
4) OP gets a significantly higher proportion of his tactics problems correct than you do.
I could go on...

no, but i hear if you jack off too much it can cause stuff like that.
Uh ohhhh.. I dunno even whadda' thissa' thready tiz' abt butz I knOw i in big, big trubble'z..

Yesterday I was doing some tactics and I was super accurate and sharp, I found every single move.
Today I don't seem to be solving these puzzles its like i got weak from yesterday to today
Has any of you had this experience before?
Yes, it happens to me. Sometimes it's bad luck where the problem involves tactics I'm not as strong with or are more tricky - like pinning a piece to an empty square. Sometimes its good luck. I wish chess.com would list the % of times you solved each tactic-type problem instead of the % max. points so I could see which tactics I should focus on solving. chesstempo does so.

If you go to stats you can see the % of tactics done separated by themes.
