Have people lost the resign button??

So many just let their time runout when they blunder, rather than resign.  What happened to good manners and etiquette?  Are chess clubs full of mild mannered people who turn into morons when online?   Or is it a new breed of internet only player?

    Joker below, left his queen on b4, i took it so he just stopped moving. Ejit, and there hundreds like him

Don’t worry about it. Personally, I have only run into one of those people, and don’t you dare tell me that EVERYONE does it. More don’t than do. Anyway, you can’t do anything, so just relax, be calm, and DON’T DO IT YOURSELF!

Your opponent didn't lose the resign button.  Your brilliant move staggered him to the point where he lost control over his neuromuscular functions and stared helplessly at the resign button, unable to click it.  I looked at the board, hoping to find a win or at least a draw for him, but no.
