This happened to me once
Have you ever had a streak of losing streaks?
You started an account at 1600 and continually lost rating points after you created the account. My guess is that you were playing really well at first then lost and lost confidence. Most likely your main rating is below 1500 so just keep playing until you win and lose in equal amounts.

Almost same thing happened to me, I went from happily in the 1100's now in one day I am in the 1000's. Kinda sucks ngl

May be I can try to quantify this, but this is all premature at the moment.
OP only has 67 games played. 1,000 games would be confident data.
Secondly noted, 1,400 puzzles rating is equal to to his ELO rating. I always thought your puzzles rating is normally a handful hundred higher than your ELO?

I'm currently on a very bad losing streak.. only won 1 out of 10 games an went down from 1165 to 1087 in less than 5 hours.. i'm a beginner so things like this can really demoralizing.. Now i decide to take a break and probably play again tomorrow or the next day.. while remembering the main reason why i play chess in the first that is to keep my brain active.. not to get ratings.. although.. looking at my rating went up from 903 to 1165 sure gave me happiness...hahahahahaha

1. Either don’t play at all for the next few days to a week, do puzzles, slowly improve however you can
Or
2. Play lots of unrated games. Sometimes the absence of risk of losing elo and tilting is very good.
Either of these should help you come back to rated live chess with a clear mind and you should be able to win more.
Hope you get back up there!

i am now playing 5 games max per day (i'm a 30 minutes player but usually end in 10-15 mins avg) then i spend more time to analysing my game, study the theories and watch GM games.. this is my 2nd month playing chess again.. 1'm on 1100 elo and i guess it would take me some years to develop anyway.. so i just be patient and just play the game as if i got nothing to lose..

Best of luck! We're in the same boat. You are smart and discipline by playing slower games, analyzing and studying more.
A major blemish I see in your stats is that your puzzle rating is extremely. I would add puzzles as part of your daily exercise. It has help me immensely with tactics, end games and recognizing danger levels.

thanks for the input dude !
At age 8 lost my first 100 games against my father. Later I had more than a thousand game streak with no losses or draws-=-all wins.
