Um, no? Games will often be short if one person is playing terribly and the other person is playing well. If it’s a short game, there will be less to analyze, and the moves you make will generally be better, so what OP says is entirely possible (I think)

No, I don't think that's how accuracy works. The OP said that his opponent's accuracy was 10%. If your opponent plays terrible, it isn't hard to find good moves.

That’s what I meant, sorry if I made it confusing.

Lol I have gotten 97.6

Lol. I used to think that. But I do NOT cheat and now that I'm slightly better and have an opening I'm used to, when I play well I can get over 98%. My latest game is 98.4% and is the highest I know that I've gotten (I only get 1 analysis / day.)

Untrue. I have got 98 before. I guess I am a cheater. Short games end up with higher accuracy because there are fewer moves. For example, on a 10 question quiz, each question is worth 10% of your grade. On a 100 question quiz, each question is worth 1%. Shorter games have a higher chance of having a very high score or a very low one.

Also, CAPS score is useless to your chess, so no need to stress about it.

My best in a game is 98.2 but I once beat a computer with 99.7 it was just a seven move game which I already saw on YouTube by Agadmator so I just played them with memory but the game with 98.2 was a long game but my opponent blundered so I just had to take advantages of obvious blunders

Play accurate chess and you will get a higher score though that number is worthless. Winning the game is the only score that matters.  In daily when one has 24 to 72 hours to make a move no need to rush, take your time and getting those high accuracy scores are common.
