Help me decide on 15 openings for my Rybka vs Houdini tournament

When my 100-game match between Rybka and Houdini is over, I want to run another tournament between them. This time, however, I want each engine to have 12 hours to complete their moves, making each game potentially 24 hours long. I will make this a 30-round tournament. I want each engine to play the White and Black sides of the same opening, up to move 12. So, I need 15 openings for these two to bang their heads on. Help me pick them, please.

Since the engines will be thoroughly working on a position, I do not want to leave the positions they choose up to chance. I would like them to work on possibly the most popular openings. Sicilians, Queen Gambits, etc.

I want to see if the Caro-Kan is as bad as I think it is...

Of course also the Sicilian

Open, Closed, Grand Prix and Bb5 lines

French: Advance, Exchange, King's Indian Attack 3. Nc3 & 3. Nd2

Center Counter 2. Qxd5 and 2. Nf6

Pirc (Austrian, Classical & 150 Attack

QGA!

QGD Tarrasch, Tartakower & Exch Var.

That's already over 15 and I haven't got to the Dutch & Ruy!

How about you throw in a couple of the controversial "all purpose systems" (hippo, KIA, Colle-Zukertort) to see how they hold up?

Otherwise, put my votes in for the Bird, Dutch, Benoni, Sicilian, QID, Vienna Gambit, Scandinavian (2. exd5 Nf6), and Bishop's Opening.

how is it a tournament if it's just those 2 engines ?
Deranged

Ruy Lopez, Italian Game, Queen's gambit declined, Nimzo-Indian Defence, King's Indian Defence, King's Indian Attack, Sicilian defence (najdorf), Sicilian defence (sozin), Caro-kann defence exchange, caro-kann advance variation, french exchange, french advance, English opening, Grunfeld defence.

They are some, but not all of the highly popular grandmaster openings.

Also, I strongly reccomend you do not pick the king's gambit. It will just make white lose everytime against a 3000+ rated opponent.

Read, then digest:

p.s. Although, "match" may have been a slightly better word.

I recommend trying a couple of very closed openings because computers typically do not understand those positions very well, and it would be interesting to see how they play them against each other. The classical KID with 9.Ne1 and some lines in the French come to mind.

Botvinnik and Anti-Moscow variations of the Semislav should definitely be included.

Austrian attack versus the pirc defense.  I'd guess the Austrian attack wins  more.

The London system & the Colle-Zukertort!

So far I have:

1.e4 = Najdorf, Dragon, Open Sicilian, Ruy Lopez, Italian Game, and French Winawer

1.d4 = QGD, KID, Semi-Slav (Meran), Slav, Grunfeld, Nimzo-Indian

1.c4 = 1.c4 Nf6...

1.Nf3 = 1.Nf3 Nf6 2.c4 g6...

So I just need one more opening. Ideas?

How about some gambits:

e4: Scotch Gambit; Evans Gambit

f4: King's Gambit
