Comprehensive Guide on How to Properly Review a Game
Step 1 - Play a Chess Game
Step 2 - Take a Rest
Step 3 - Go Back to Your Game
Step 4 - Click Self Analysis (Turn off Engine Lines, Move Arrow, and Move Feedback)
Step 5 - Use Evaluation Bar to find a Bad Move
Step 6 - On that Move, Click Practice vs Computer (turn off (on Assistance, turn off Evaluation Bar, Move Feedback, Threats, Engine Lines, and Suggestions)
Step 7 - Try to gain an advantage until you are satisfied or beat the computer
Step 8 - If you lose the game, ask yourself Why?
Step 9 - Turn on Evaluation Bar
Step 10 - Look for a Bad Move
Step 11 - Turn off Evaluation Bar
Step 12 - Change that Move
Step 13 - Repeat Steps 7-12 until you are satisfied
Step 14 - Take a Rest
Step 15 - Go Back to Your Game
Step 16 - On the Bad Move, go back on the scenario before making that move
Step 17 - Repeat Steps 6-14
Step 18 - Go Back to your Game
Step 19 - Repeat Step 5 to find another Bad Move
Step 20 - Repeat Step 6-19 until you are satisfied
Step 21 - Take a Good Night's Sleep

How to Play Chess Using Arrows
Step 1. Draw arrows of possible moves of a piece into the board without obstruction
Step 2. Identify which pieces obstruct that piece's movement
Step 3. Do this to all of them on the board
Step 4. Before moving a piece in either you or your opponent's turn, imagine all possible moves and their obstructions using Step 1-3 before and after. Then compare which is better.
Step 5. Choose candidate moves.
Step 6. Calculate each of them using Step 4-5 Repeatedly.

my tips would be:
1 - When you are in the game draw arrows and have a plan on what gambit to do, how to take up center e.t.c. In war they don't go out without a plan do they?
2 - After your game (if you have premium) use the game reviewer to review your games and learn from you mistakes. If you don't have premium then find a stockfish website that checks games fore free or something like that
3 - Simply just take a break. It always refreshens your mind
