Here are some games of mine. Please analyze and tell me what I'm doing wrong. Tell me my weak points, so I can improve on them.

If you want more games to analyze, then you can look at the games in my profile.

You are asking quite a lot. If you are serious, you need to post your games here and do your own preliminary analysis.
I see that they are 3 minute blitz games and that your rating for blitz is around 2300, so presumably you don't need a blunder count.

How many hours should whatever IM or GM that comes along spend on the analysis?

Here is one:

You were certainly equal if not better at move 31 but you dropped a piece by move 35.
Fortunately for you,  your opponent ran out of time but you got a draw because you had no mating material.
I may not be a master but I would recommend that you avoid dropping pieces and recommend keeping some mating material on hand.

First, don't play on low time controls (3 minutes like you did in that game), write your moves down that will slow you down and give you a inside on what are you doing wrong, play against stronger players (1800+ for the beginning). Find ur weak point (opening, mid game or end game) and read a book about it i can recommend you some authors if you want.
