Help me plese!

I'm no master, but I'd be glad to help you.
white:Always move e4 or d4.
Always be one move ahead in devolpment than black.
NEVER resign a game unless you know the exact move your opponett will do.
Black:I recommend you respond to whites first move by pushing your pawn on the row they moved to,this will hopefully stop "center power."
Look for that opproutuinty to catch up for white moving first.
follow whites third rule.
Both:NEVER bring your queen out within the first ten moves unless you know what your doing.
Try to look at every square your pieces can move too.
never show expression about a bad or good move you can or didn't do.

Thank you for all of the help. I am sure if i write these moves down I will surely be a better player
Well at that time I wasn't a chess.com player and that was last summer. I have no clue what the ratings of how good I was then would be.

well i have played a game with Jallson. this is what i came up with after reviewing the game and sent to him/her.
ok the main thing you need to work on is looking at the board and being able to calculate two moves ahead. the main reason you lost was because you just gave away pieces by simply not looking at the very next move. if you can do this then you will be much better. here is an example i will give you, you just have to look two moves ahead to find the winner.
something a little more advanced i want to show you.
notice that after we both moved once we each had one piece developed. then after move three i had three pieces and you only two. that is whats called gaining tempo and is really imporntent in the opening. that is why there is a basic opeing rule that states you should not move the same piece twice, but it is more of a guidline and can be broken.
i also think if you would have realized that i would just block your attack with my pawn you would not have bothered to make that move. this goes back to calculating the next move and beyond.
i hope this helps.
