There are tons of these threads already in existence, I'd recommend looking through them for plenty of suggestions.
(HELP) somebody help me to find any books, apps, articels, which i can read to improve my playing.
You're not giving us enough information but here's some general tips.
Books - Logical Chess Move by Move - Irving Chernev, and Silman's Endgame Course are good starting points.
Videos - YouTube has plenty of great content for you to check out. I like these channels: iChess, GingerGM, John Bartholemew, St Louis Chess Center, David Pruess, to name just a few. I am sure others can point out more, and you can find some on your own by searching YouTube.

You have played 25 blitz game, and 2 bullet games. And ZERO chess mentor, or tactics trainers. How serious are you about wanting to improve?
i dont even know that fiture like tactic trainers n chess mentor is available in chess.com like you said. please, guide me to use its . thanks
to improve in chess you need to work
The book Sacrifice and Initiative by GM Ivan Sokolov helped me a lot. It doesn't mean that it will help you a lot also. We are different, remember. Just try, if it is useless to you, then consider the suggestions of the others. There a lot of books that I consider "garbage". But these "garbage" are gold to the others. That's why you need to try many books until you find the best book suited to you.
