Prioritize piece development in the opening. Get your knights and bishops into the game, and castle early for king safety.
god at 200 their are so many issues if you want i could play against you and give some tips play more think less(like blitz) or dont do the 500s thing of 60 min games and getting nowhere play blit or bullet until you dont hang pieces then switch to rapid to get better tactically then switch back to blitz to learn how to win lost positions(dont resign resign is tilt people say if you dont your raging its actually the opposite they are raging).

real basic stuff:
try not to move the a piece more than once in the first 10 moves
try to castle in the first 10 moves
do not forget your opponent is trying to win- when they move- look to find out what they are up to. You might be able to mate them in 2 moves- but they might mate you in 1- unless you see it, and protect yourself.

It looks more like a joke rather than a serious game by someone who knows how the pieces move.
