Help to get 1600+elo

I want some of the 1800+ guys to plz play some games with me so i can improve i only need 2-3 games a week if someone is interested plz help me.
My performance rating in rapid and daily is roughly 1650. I can share my vision if you share some games with me. I'll only respond if you are invested to listen.
