Help with Fritz Friend Mode

Well, unfortunately Chessbase (the company that makes Fritz) doesn't seem to have a support forum. I have emailed their support department without success, so I thought I would try here, in the hopes that someone on this forum might have experience with it. Apologies if this was the wrong place.

It seems that Fritz "Friend Mode" always ends in a draw. The last 10 games in that mode has ended in a draw. Did anyone else have the same experience?
Sorry to resume this thread, same problem with Fritz 19. Sent a mail to support last week, no answer. I saw from in a YT video that in previous version there was an "program play fast" check like in rated games (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uia5zlw1ELU) but I'm unable to find this check in fritz19, has someone resolved this issue?
When I play in Fritz 16 in Friend Mode, the program takes a very long time to respond on some moves. I mean that it can sometimes take minutes to move. Is there a way to make friend mode respond quickly? Thanks!
