It's more than that. Without the title he is unable to participate in titled tuesday, plus he is missing out on the lifetime diamond membership as a benefit titled players receive from chess.com. Please try to refrain from being so quick to assume such things in the future.

yea but dont you think they will give it to him eventually anyways? He is so desperate to get it, i dont think it matters he misses out on a few days of membership if he has it for the rest of his life

Did you even read the original post? He has been waiting for over a month now, amounting to 5 missed titled tuesdays. Wouldn't you be frustrated if chess.com did not respond to you within 30 days? At the very least he deserves recognition for his hard work.

You're missing the point. The honor to play against the best of the best is an experienced that cannot be matched. I would kill to play a game against Magnus or Hikaru, even though I know that I would be crushed. Plus there are numerous other reasons aside from titled tuesday that completely justify tactic's frustration. Are you going to follow your own logic? Might as well quit chess right now then.

After some many years of playing chess, I officially received my National Master title from USCF around a month and a half ago. This was a very significant accomplishment for me that I put many hours and days into, so at the very least I feel entitled to have my title appropriately displayed on chess.com. However, after submitting three title submission requests and waiting for more than a month total, I have received absolutely no indication of my title on chess.com. In contrast, the other chess site confirmed my title within four hours. Not only this, too -- chess.com has met my third title request with utter radio silence and has not responded to my follow up support email addressing this. I have missed four, (or rather five if chess.com doesn't respond today) consecutive Titled Tuesdays because of this absolutely unfathomable delay. Since I have been unsuccessful with contacting chess.com directly, I am using my very last resort to call upon the chess.com community to somehow indirectly notify a moderator to get my title approved. Otherwise, if chess.com continues ignoring me, I will no longer be a paying active member.
Thanks for your understanding and I hope my title can get rightfully approved soon.

its not a big deal, plus the way he was complaining made it look like he wanted to flex it, as he said "Otherwise, if chess.com continues ignoring me, I will no longer be a paying active member." and "I feel entitled to have my title appropriately displayed on chess.com."
