Any way to log on and play without letting everyone know your on ? (not live games just online)

The green light next to your name -----

Looked and cannot find any setting for this.

Yeah, this has been discussed many times over the years.  There's no way to override your online status here.  There should be though.

I thought the mobile applications were "green light" free?  Don't have a smartphone myself you understand, this is just my guess based on observation.
