Hide opponent's rating

Is it possible to hide opponent's rating while playing against them?

I've noticed I tend to play better if I don't look at opponent's rating, but it happens very rarely that i don't check their rating next to their name until after the game is already over.

It's a great idea to have that as an optional setting. But as far as I know, it doesn't exist as yet.

Put a piece of duct tape on your monitor screen. You can fix ANYTHING with enough duct tape.

This subject has come up several times over the past few years.  Apparently it is too difficult for the programmers to do?

blueemu's suggestion is actually the best you can do. Alternatively, you could take an Expo marker and use it on the spot where the opponent's rating is. At least there, it is undoable if you want to go to another site without permanently damaging your computer/mobile device.

I admit I haven't programmed for a few years, but it sounds like it has actually become more DIFFICULT than more easy?

I've thought the same thing and it's true for me too. Sometimes I put a piece of paper with tape on my monitor screen and I play a lot better.
