Norowitz who is about 20th on the USCF list charges 100 dollars an hour.
Can anyone top that?
He's a great coach. But I think that for a non-GM he shouldn't be charging that much.

Probably Dvoretsky. Heisman is pretty pricey.

Why pay for a coach when there are so much material available in books
and on-line. The most helpful for me were articles written by Aussies IM
CJS Purdy and IM Guy West, and Chernev's books.
