If I create 2 chess.com accounts, one on chess.com and one on pleasedontblockchess.com, am I breaking the rules?

It's the exact same site, just different URLs, so the same rules apply.

Again, they are accounts on the exact same site. Multiple accounts, without staff approval, can result in account closure.

Yes but there are some clubs I own (and some that my friends too as well) that I need to take care of and watch for the upcoming events in my club. Some clubs I care more about than others.
