Multiversum, you must not play against the bots! You have to:
(1) Go to Live Chess, as if you were playing against a human opponent,
(2) Click on Custom Challenge
(3) Click on the third 'vs Random' line, to choose a computer opponent
(4) In the Username field enter the name of a computer user - I usually enter komodo9 (all characters in lowercase) to have a chance to defeat it, but you can enter anything from komodo1 to komodo25
(5) Click on the Select button
(6) Choose the length of the game, let's say 30 minutes and click on Play
