i often seen opponant can eaisily beat my pawn with cross move but i can't do that ... is there any tip for me ??

I'm not entirely clear on what your question is. Are you thinking of en passant? https://www.chess.com/article/view/how-to-capture-en-passant

You can't beat a pawn.

You can only capture a pawn.

It may have been a regular capture like this

or a special "en passant" capture like this.

Considering the fact that your account is more than 4 years old, ordinary captures and en passant captures should be very familiar to you.
