How can I overcome this annoying weakness

When solving puzzles I experience a problem that hold my rating back. I frequently fail some puzzles that are easy. And by that I mean easy even considering my level a move that I definitely should be able to find. I do solve more difficult puzzles other times. And since that was supposed to be easy a lose a lot of rating points. Here I might mention that my opinion on how easy a puzzle was can differ significantly from what the puzzle rating indicate.
Another aspect of this problem is that often need long time to find the correct move when I find them.
What can I do ? Is it only to continue trying and hope things will loose up eventually ?

Improvement is a slow process, that involves patience.  If you are being more concerned about an online rating?  Its going to slow down your improvement.

Set each tactics up on a real board, with real pieces.

Set a time for 3 minutes.  If you cant solve it by then, its a pattern you dont know.

Look at the answer to each tactic, and make sure you understand the motif, why their is a tactic, and how the tactic developed.

Whats wrong with online ratings ? How can that slow down my improvement

Which tactics are you meaning ? It's not practical with puzzles here think about the time needed for that.

When it comes to missing easy moves I don't think it's about knowledge. I try to analyze why I missed them and certain themes comes up very often for example

Tunnel vision I forget to think about the whole board or just think about some moves
for example in my last puzzle I got blind for the fact that the pawn could capture the queen

Nothing, as long as you arent letting it dictate how fast you are trying to solve them.  Like i said, If you, me, or anyone is speeding through tactics to get a higher rating?  Then youre not learning.

"It's not practical with puzzles here think about the time needed for that."

Of course its practical.  Any learning starts at the beginning.  You didn't learn to run before walking?  You didn't learn to speed read first did you?  Again, by your answer, youre more concerned with answering fast, then actually trying to learn and understand each tactic.

But obviously its up to you what you want to do.

You always want to look for Forcing Moves: Checks, Captures, Threats.

How did the last move change the position?

What are the weaknesses in your opponents position?

What I meant by not practical is that when you start a puzzle here the timer starts and if I don't solve the puzzle looking at the screen but instead would set up position on a real board that would take significant time. Also what's wrong by learning with the computer and why would I learn better by using a real board.

I do try to do the things you suggest. I have learned that for example in course I bought (21 days to supercharge your chess) and still I miss moves that should not be to difficult for me.
