The idea was to keep the number one post on forum as long as possible
How can you advertise on Chess.com, if you want to let people know about your Event?

Besides, ghost_of_pushwood saying you hit the nail on the head my avatar doesn't have anything to do with that

So is this it? https://www.eventbrite.com/e/learn-how-to-become-expert-in-a-day-tickets-65423999945 Nice venue.

However:
1. You're charging between $200 and $1000 for admission. It's not clear what's different between the tickets with different prices, although it looks like the cheaper options are standby tickets that only get you in if there's free space.
2. You have an optional addon of $100 to up to $10,000 for extra coaching.
That's a lot of money - and for a single session that isn't even one-on-one coaching.
That would be understandable if you had a big-name coach or GM doing the training. But you don't have a big-name coach or GM. You have an anonymous coach who "was mentored personally by Bobby Fisher's best friend." Your rating is a mere 1300. What can you possibly have to say that's worth paying $1000 for? How can the extra coaching possibly be worth $10,000?
If I contact the venue, will they confirm that you've actually arranged this event with them?
The event description reads as if it was written by someone who speaks English as a second language. There's nothing wrong with that - and your English is quite good - but it makes me wonder if you're even in the U.S. to be able to run an event in Las Vegas, or to have spent significant time with "Bobby Fisher's best friend".
Who was Bobby Fischer's best friend? Can you even name him?

Don't get too worked up over this clown. Kenny Ji promoted a non event event also.
Did he try to charge people hundreds of dollars for it?

can one advertise a youtube page with legit chess education for intermediates? Or would something like that be considered spamming?
Depends, but if it is posted a lot and in multiple topics, it will probably be considered spam.

Ok...I read over the link to this "event"
What kept coming back to me was the old saying: "If it sounds to good to be true, then it is."
I just don't see how someone can take a beginner to Expert in 1 day? And if there was a way to do this. Wouldn't it have been discovered by now?
And if this "algorithm" works. Why did the OP lose to a 1300 player in 16 moves?

My apologies to the OP, but none of this sounds realistic.
However:
What can you possibly have to say that's worth paying $1000 for?
He made 600 female like profiles to add him as friend? lol

Everything it's real and I will answer to all your questions. I understand you need a clarification to a lot of questions and I expected to have bumps on the road. So, here we go:
1. The expert in this context it's not referring to chess expert, but in a general term, based on that saying that if you put 10,000 hours to develop a skill, you will master it, more or less (at least pretty much this is the idea in apprenticeships schools in United States). I didn't really specified with the plan in mind to get more sells, with refund policy in place ( in case more advanced players will be disappointed). Anyhow, I love chess and I wished to have this opportunity when I was in my 900 rating range. If I got it right, most of the casual players are struggling to pas 1200 rating. This Event is designated especially for those.
2. The platform I use doesn't have too many options. That's why it's a little bit confusing why there is no difference between the tickets. I leave it how it is in idea that if you buy the tickets in the beginning, you have the option to buy the cheaper ones. When those will be gone, than the only option will be the most expensive ones, which, at least make sense to me. I hope to you, too.
3. The $10,000 one it's not one time deal and will be my close circle as a Mastermind, if those who want to go Professional Chess Players will join me and will be my close friends with the same goals and dedication to Chess, for the rest of our lives.
4. I think the price it's fair, because if I supposedly teach people how to become Expert (from Chess rating point of view), in a day, the tickets should cost at least $25,000 a piece, don't you think? Abd 10,000 coaching for a life time it's penny to a dollar, but some people want everything for free. The resort cost me over $25,000 and the advertising another $25,000. With all the discounts and the fees (paid by me), believe me, there is no profit in this and I'm kind of disappointed how ignorant some people are when it's coming to run a business, but I understand, also that are trolls and such, so I go over it. Did I miss something? Please, let me know! Thank you!

So by "become an expert" you really mean "get past 1200"? That's not quite so impressive - and even there, you've barely managed that yourself. And getting past 1200 really isn't worth a ticket of several hundred.
And... $10,000 for a wannabe professional to have a lifetime friendship and study partnership with a 1300 player?
Again, can you name Bobby Fischer's best friend who taught you everything?

ah, the magic number that differentiates expert from novice!

I think the important question needs to be asked.
If the OP doesn't mean USCF Expert. Then what exactly does he mean by "expert"

After all, anyone can be an expert, if that person put the time and the effort into it. Do you agree? Now I understand why some marketers don't want certain type of people to buy their products, because they just enjoy what the sellers have to offer and then request refund. Please, if you are one of those people, do not even think to come to my Event. The seats are very limited anyway and I would like my attendees to be "make it happen", open minded and enthusiastic kind people. Together we will form an awesome Mastermind and we will prove to the world what can be done if it's the right attitude. My attendees only will be able to know who was Bobby Fischer friend and what he told me. This way only who is genuine and with good intentions will attend. This Event is not for everyone, but for those who will feel the call and they will come without with the refund in mind. Some of the people here complain like a few hundred dollars it's a fortune. All I can tell you is this. The price of the tickets it's just a fraction of the value you will get at this Event. It's only one time and that's it. If you will come, you will thank yourself. If not, you will never know what you lost and your life will go on like before, but for those who will come their life will change for the better.

I'm still looking for your definition of "expert"
You're expecting people to pay for this information.
I would imagine a little bit of information explaining this would go a long way.
You know...something like:
"if you're a beginner, i can make you a..."
"if you're a B player, I can make you a..."
"If you're a Master, I can make you a..."
Some clarification could go a long way in making this attractive to people.

When did you discover this algorithm?
