I am playing against chess.com Komodo 250 players and all my moves are so stupid, could anyone suggest me something to improve my chess skills? I really need it, because I cannot even beat my GF.

If your moves are “so stupid” make smarter moves. You know the rules. Look at how your opponents last move changed the game.
