how did i not the the complete all new to chess lessons achievement

Same thing happened to me. Maybe redo the final lesson and you will probably get the award. If that fails then contact chess.com

Yeah ive been having the same issue, ive done all the lessons in the first seciton multiple times and still havent gotten the achievement. I have the achievements for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. but for whatever reason the new to chess achievement wont trigger

yo i figured it out
You go to the lessons library and do the new to chess lessons except from the mobile app instead of the website on your computer, and you get the achievement that way, it actually works.
