How different is online vs. OTB really?

I have a square off pro board that I use to play all my rapid chess.com games, and I was wondering if that is actually an advantage if I start playing otb, because most other people only play online, and also just wondering how much of a difference there is for people that only play online as I’ve heard some people say it’s a big difference.
