How difficult is for bad players (as me) to win an endgame with relatively few pieces.

Firts post here so please judge me tender if I'm braking any rule.

I just played a game that ended up looking like the

(black to play, but does it really matters?)

I had 3 minutes and a half against seven minutes for my opponent, but still I felt very confident I would win the game. My opponent offered a draw, which felt kind of insulting, but made me think that I've actually lost this kind of games before. u.u

I would like to know what other low rated players think about this. Would you doubt yourself playing at this position? My opponent was probably just blufing when offered a draw, but come on!
