I agree with the original post sentiment, though i understand the fact that in order to improve you must figure it out somehow. That whole region is not playing at their rating. They are either sandbagging or cheating in higher rates than other regions. They consistently play at least 300-400 rating points higher than their posted elo. I would like to be able to block regions as well.

Maybe the reason you face the most cheaters in India is because it's the most populated country in the world?

Useful tip here. If you do not like a certain country, and fear they will put you on tilt: simply abort the game, and re-pair. Problem solved.
Once you get better, and get out of the tilt loop, 'blocking' certain countries will no longer be necessary.

As you can choose any flag you wish, the country really doesn't matter.
It's easy to develop a bias when you see the members you have played that have been closed for a certain type of play, that most of them choose certain countries flags.
One game I played, my opponent had 97% accuracy, almost all moves in less than 5 seconds- we played 10min rapid. Supposed 800 rated player. Amazing, played the game of his or her life!
Of course, I played badly and that's on me. Some good learnings from the game, but I doubt my opponent was playing fair.
