how do I get out of 100 elo

hi I'm pretty much stuck at 100 elo. I've been analysing Gotham chess by watching his vids, and I've also been reading the book 1001 chess exercises for beginners.
but still I don't know how to get out of 100 elo, maybe it's because I haven't been applying my research or it's because im pretty new and and have been testing out openings so I haven't stuck to one and mastered it yet.
but if you guys have any advice, please let me know
Grind and analyse your games to see your mistakes do puzzles and lessons and study masters games

At your level openings don’t matter. Instead just try to blunder-check your moves and you’ll go far, don’t worry about openings till at least 800

Learn and apply the most important principles of chess. - (core of my teaching)
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.
Puzzles, check twice or thrice before making a move cause that's how blundered are avoided, get a chess coach, learn an opening, study ur games and see where u made a mistake, study gm games, watch gothamchess gm game showcases, be will show u what's the point of each move.
and to encourage u, can u believe I was 200 elo last November and now I'm almost 1200.
