How do i get the invoice for the annual subscription?

This is Mr. Maria Albert. i have been using this account for our school. I need the invoice for accounting purpose.

Settings > Account will give you a list of each purchase.

 

If you need something more formal, you'll have to check with support to see if they can provide it.

thank you. I was aware of it. I expected a formal one. i have sent in the request on 5th may till date i have not got in any responses from them.
