just multiply his "rating" by 10 and you get what he's talking about. Not really a troll, just quirky.
I hit 2200 rapid by simply playing 8 games.
Write "2200 rapid" on a piece of paper then hit it.
1. create 2k rated alt
2. challenge 2k rated alt
3. let yourself win against 2k rated alt
4. repeat
you probably know already but this is a joke don't do it

Rapid pool is cheaters nest, you will have a difficult time going up the rating ladder even if you deserve it. I see many players with rapid rating 2200, blitz rating 1800 and bullet rating 1200, the same pattern. Best luck with that.

cheaters aren't dumb enough to play 30mins cuz they'll be sitting there for 30mins waiting for a game
In 15|10 there is enough though
