but what is the other option beside buying books
how do I improve my chess

These are very well written, and free. OTB is over the board. Hicetnunc is suggesting that you join a chess club which is of course the very best way to learn.

You can start by watching the Beginner classes on the youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCM-ONC2bCHytG2mYtKDmIeA
But, if I may ask... why are you so against reading books? There are some books that really just don't have an equally-measured counterpart...
Also, I find that I remember what I study from a book with my board much more efficiently than when I simply watch a video.

my parents say is a waste of money
Edit: Edited because it sounded like a smart-assed comment... my apologies.
If your parents think it's a waste of money, explain to them how much you enjoy chess and how much it can benefit you. Explain that starting early is the best time to learn.
Other than that, all I can suggest is getting a job. Chess isn't the most expensive hobby, so even a weekend job can buy you a lot of books.

Lots of books are free
PLaying in real life I think is the best option if you don't want to work for it in other ways.

I have try to use the lesson from chess.com but I just feel like I m not getting anything
It sounds like you need to start with the basics... maybe the lessons are too advanced for you to grasp at the moment? Perhaps you should start with the basic mating combinations and a focus on a few openings to get you started?

Check out this #chess game: jonas_18 vs Jason3000 - http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=1282157128

Try chessacademy, chess mentor here on chess.com can also learn you a lot. And off course there is always Youtube.
In that game you played there where a few tactics missed by both sides.
I have seen other thread before, there suggest buying this or that book,
