How do I improve my fide rating from 1350 to 1500?

Well, I'll suggest you to make a study plan which Is easy to follow. And then go on designating times to field where you are weak. Thats what mt coach tells me every time. Play, Review, Study, Repeat!

Three years ago my FIDE rating went down to 1116.A few weeks ago it went up to 1529....Just plug away,but have the occasional break...

You're a beginner, not 1300. To improve you should learn the basics and play a lot of games (not blitz games though).
