How do I post my games on the forums?

I started playing chess about a year ago and I fell in love with it immediately. I really want to improve my game so I spend most of my free time reading chess books, solving tactics, learning basic strategy, playing standard chess games and analyzing them afterwards etc. etc. The one thing that I haven't been able to find so far is a really strong chess player that will analyze a few of my games and let's me know where my biggest weaknesses lie.

(This is my question finally)

I want to annotate my game analysis of some my losses and post them in the forums with the hope that someone who has the ability to analyze a chess game will do so. Now I have just spent two and a half hours trying to figure out how to post a game and I just can't do it. 

Can anyone direct me to where I can find this information? I have already searched these forums and the internet but couldn't find anything current. If this post doesn't work then the hell with it.

When you post a comment - at least from a desktop or laptop computer, there's a board icon on the top left of the comment window that allows you to insert a game.

I think some of the blocking apps on my Firefox browser prevent me from uploading an annotated game (I save them as pgn files and annotate them offline in the freebie Lucas Chess) so i load the annotated pgn file into Windows Notepad (Word, Libreoffice, etc. would work as well) and copy and paste it into the space for doing so in the game insertion window.
