how do I report computer abuse?

It says on chess.com's rules list that using a computer in an online game is forbidden.  but this player is still an active member.  what is the next step if the website does not want to enforce its own rules.

all the moves played by my opponent matched exactly to Fritz 13.

thanks for your advice.

This is you idea of uncannily accurate play that requires computer help to play? Not impressed with your accusation.

Timotheous

And I thought this was sincere concern for the abuse of a computer, such as kicking an apple 2 E or dropping a smartphone on purpose to upgrade.

I don't think that twelve moves matching up is sufficient evidence to suggest computer usage. Maybe if you play against this opponent again than it might be a good idea to try a different opening and seeing whether they copy the moves of fritz to twenty moves or so. Then you may be able to place forward a competent compliant

But this was the kind of game where the best moves are easy to find. Give me a game like that and I will match Fritz move for move.

A person who uses a computer to win games is missing the whole point.

The inner game is important...how well are YOU doing and learning.

If you use a program, you will never know your true strength.  You're not fooling anybody except yourself.

There should be an organization like Society to Prevent Cruelty to Wood Pushers.
