Hm, they’re pretty common when you have a higher rating. I can’t help you much since I’m not that advanced, but I think taking breaks and playing less(but focusing more) helps!

The only way to stop the tilt is adopting a fluffy chinchilla or a kitten, you stop playing and start focusing in other affairs, like taking care of the new animal companion, then, when you return to chess your mind is clearer.
