How do I win as black?

First of all, hi everyone. I am a 1650 elo chess player and i have been facing with problems in these days.

The problem I am having is I draw too much as black, I even do draw with 2000+ guys sometimes but as well as 1300-1400 elo guys. I want to show my 2 games to make you understand why I do draw.

This is me against 1200 elo guy and I am black, I really wanted to win this game so i played king's indian(you know an aggressive opening) but I was shocked when I saw dxe5, although I played the variation right, I couldnt force anything better than draw.

This is also me against 1400 rating guy and I really didnt feel like I was winning at any point of the game (I knew it was even position though) .

So what should I do on this? Maybe should start something aggressive like Benko? Would like to hear your opinions!

Bumping is something I dont like, but I need help so much guys. I am in this situation for 2 years at least.
