how do u report

tincolinco91 was in a match with me he had 4 min left and was winning 17-16 I had him in check and instead of making his move he just let the clock run down and won by default.  He has dont this before..who do I complain too??

How did he win if his clock ran out?

chess.com tracks the number of times people abandon games. If it goes above a certain theshhold, they will have their account restricted. Don't worry about it, just go on to your next game and enjoy.

Report him to his SA, and if he does not discipline him, then comtact chess.com staff, and report him.  He gets enough complaints, he will be dismissed.  Keep the game address, and his name, and copy the chat.

Pray for them to be convicted by their spirit.
