Well, GM Aman said in a video that Blitz games actually can also improve your chess.
When I began to do chess vision drills and blind chess training every day without skipping I started making blunders less.

I have also improved the speed of my calculations with the help of it. Now I’m struggling to see a whole chess board in my mind. I would like to know a method how to do it.
For example put the white knight on d4 and see all squares which the knight controls. I can name them but I need to see them on a chess board in my mind.

1. Don’t play blitz.
2. Don’t blunder in rapid.
3. Repeat.
4. No more blunders in blitz.
the way you lower your blunders is to actually analyse your move before you make it. Look at checks, captures, pawn captures etc first then decide on the best move.
also you will always blunder, you're not a GM, and never will be, just accept you will often make bad moves.

being succesful on fast game modes like blitz is based on causing your opponents to make blunder-like mistakes and trying not to make them yourself.
you are simply asking how to be the best. this is your journey, you will have to find your ways.
but for starters never leave a hung piece, and dont rely on pinned pieces.. this may restrict your movements and slow you down for blitz..
but i don't actually play blitz so idk lol
