Rating points? It depends on too many factors:

1) The result of the game; win, lose or draw.

2) The difference in rating between the two players.

3) The RD of each player. High RD means more points gained or lost.

I think it is New rating=Rating+32(score-expected score)

That is Elo rating. Chess.com uses a different rating system with more factors.

It's more like 20, not 32.

You get about 10 points for beating someone your rating if you RD is "normal"

And by normal I mean you play maybe 30 games a week. If you play 30 games a day it will be a lot less. That's what RD is.
