How do you force a draw when white and black each have a queen?

I always get timed out after endless checks cause my internet connection is slower than most. Clearly neither side has an advantage, seems like it should just be draw

You shouldnt have just blocked the checks in ur last game, u should have gotten closer to his king to better the chance of a crossfire check, also easier to premove running around with ur king
