Remember the time when you created your account and you played your first game, your rating change is much more than 10?
I have checked your archive for your rapid games. On your very first game against a 1100+, you won the game and your rating improved from 1200 to 1352 (a +152 change). On your second game against a 1300+, you lost the game, thereby bringing your rating to 1229 (a -123 rating change).
The swing is still within hundreds.
But now, your latest 50 games are played within a time span of two weeks. Your rating deviation (RD) for rapid games is currently 38, which is accurate enough to not allow large rating swings.
On one of your games against a then-1700 on Aug 1 (a week ago), you won the game (as Black) and your rating improved from 1623 to 1633 (a +10 rating change).
At your current frequency of playing, to gain 10 rating points from a single game, you will need to win a player approximately 100 rating points higher than your rating.

If by this you mean "how to gain 10 rating points after a game", there are two ways to achieve this. One is to win a player around 100 rating points higher than you. Another is more suitable for newbies or players who have not played for a while, where the rating deviation (RD) is high.
