How do you lose?

i lose when playing just for the sake of playing and no its not really a joke but me wanting to destress, regain rating and feel somewhat more happy. the more i keep playing the more i keep losing more and and feel super frustrated with myself over my blunders. its having those certain bad days and lack of motivation which kind of affects my play and how i feel emotionally during a game so for me i feel like my main or worst losses are from my life

Castling early is the main cause of your L’s?

I’ve never heard that before…

I think you should take a closer look at your games when you analyze.

What tactics are you missing? What threats are you missing? One move blunders?

Your castle isn’t getting destroyed in one move. You’re simply letting it happen if it’s this easy for your opponents to devastate it.

Your most recent L you didn’t even castle until like move 19, and those pawns were already pushed too.

Made it very easy to get blasted there.

Your stats seem to tell a very different story....not to publicly embarrass you, but you don't seem to be losing at all. Please teach me some of your "blunders". :-)

well maybe its cause most of my blunders are kinda harder to understand at higher levels as they can be from small things like losing a couple of pawns or straight hanging pieces or tempos which lose me the game and frustrate me a lot especially when i know i was winning

Totally agree with you. It's not castling early that's the cause of my losses. It's that I'm not good at fending off the attacks on my castle....
