How do you overcome the urge to play more chess despite tilting?

Hello, I am having an issue with my chess playing right now where even if I lost 2-3 times, I get this urge to continue playing, even though I am aware of the dangers of continuing to play while exhausted, it doesn't seem to scare me off and my urge to continue playing is still strong and futile, how do I overcome this?

You are aware that this is not a good thing, so I would see it is as a matter of willpower.

Try to put it on pride. Think of it as a chess game against your urge. Does your will let itself be beaten by this urge ? Prove that you are stronger, impose yourself and win !

Otherwise, if you can't stop when you want, it's called addiction... I would avoid getting to that point, as long as possible.

Try analysing your matches after every match. Win, lose or draw, if you're rushing straight into the next match then you're already in a negative pattern.

Stop playing after a loss and analyse it thoroughly.

I always do that and I often successfully get to know why I lost and how I should've played according to the imbalances of the board, I do not usually find tactical oversights but how I should've transformed the position to make it much more favorable despite material disadvantage, but even if I were to study, my problem still ends up with my mental health and my psychology, I am usually not fit for competitive play since I would often have a mental breakdown whenever I lose multiple times

Yes i face people tilting all the time, this is just part of the online experience. Even the best grandmasters is tilting regularly playing online. Problem is chess is not made to be played in a digital environment, if you really enjoy chess you should join a club and play real games over the board, with real people, and use the online environment simply as a tool to improve youre real games. And if you just want to kill time then it doesnt really matter if you tilt or not, time passes no matter what you do.

++ The trick is to channel the negative emotion of the loss towards a positive goal: improving.
That is why you should stop playing after a loss and analyse the loss thoroughly, while the imprint is still fresh. This prevents tilt.

Find a steel or wooden table and bang it. Keep banging it till your hand pains.

Makes sense, I would try some mindfulness to actually do this once I break free from my current tilt

Expressing my feelings and then playing a different game afterwards helps me beat the urge, though there are times where the urge is very strong that it would take a few hours for me to endure it so it goes away

You might be holding a false belief that you're better than you opponents so don't need to try as hard. Addressing that issue would help with you attitude to your matches.

I would sometimes feel that way since I see chess ratings as some sort of high value, though I do believe that I need to change my attitude with my matches and perhaps just focus on the aesthetics of the game rather than the rating

When I get angrier, I play better somehow.

Because there is no 1 dollars involved if you lose, if you know you have face a stronger opponent. Also, if you don't feel loses as painful then you should play different sport that gives you some sort of pain if you lose. This motivate you to avoid pain so you ended up improving.Lately I too struggling to concentrate on online chess game since chess losses is not giving as much pain as i want. Lately I get bored with my losses and basically little joy or none when winning or won game. So I ended up playing game one after another with no satisfaction.
