Try to get new inputs on what to look for, when you play!
In the last couple of years, I've really improved a lot by solving tactics puzzles. The Tactics trainer on chess.com is great. It helps to you to recognize patterns and assessing the position, in terms on what is going on. And it will help you finding weaknesses and playing precise attacking combinations. The more you do it, the better and faster you'll become.
Also I recommend watching GM Simon Williams. He has made some great videos where he boils down what is needed to make good attacking chess happen. Really great for beginners and intermediate players, who's maybe not quite sure, why they are not winning all the time
He will give you simply useful tips, that will make chess seem simply and make you realize that tiny thing you probably didn't know, you where doing wrong every time. And he is a funny guy too. Free videos on YouTube.
Chess.com also has some great videos on YouTube. Danny Rensch has made an Everything you need to know about chess-series. I think its a must see. Great place to start; the basics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21L45Qo6EIY
And play games with longer time-control. And against better players, if you get the chance. Blitz is fun. But you don't have time to consider many things, or take a deep breath and try and remember what you need to be looking for. And you need that time over the board, to make big improvements.
pls post in the comments how to win more games
