How does chess.com monitor cheaters?

Hey guys, i have been playing with someone over chess.com since few days. Her rating is 250 less than me. still she is managing to win games and always countering my good moves. at first i thought i was being careless, but even when i was playing seriously she managed to come out of all tricky positions without being in trouble. i checked her other games and she still looses to players near her rating. Either she is my kryptonite or i feel she is using external engine to play few moves (atleast to come out of trouble) if not entire game. i want to understand will chess.com be able to detect cheating of this kind?? your views please
